New General Manager of Sales & Marketing at BAG

Helping to Design the Future of Light

Dirk Politowski commences his new position as General Manager of Sales & Marketing at BAG electronics on 1 April 2015. The business economist (VWA) benefits from long-term sales experience and extensive expertise in the lighting sector, and will hold responsibility for sales and marketing activities at BAG, the specialists for technologically leading lighting electronics. “Our approach remains not only providing customers with pioneering technologies, but primarily custom solutions based on consultation according to needs,” stated BAG Chief Executive Thomas Patzelt. “With his long-term experience and depth of expertise, Mr. Politowski will essentially contribute to the achievement of this aim.”

Before working for BAG, Dirk Politowski had held various executive positions in the sales sector, previously as Managing Director of LED Solutions Sales and Marketing at Vossloh-Schwabe. “I’m certainly looking forward to the new task. BAG has always been known for premium solutions in the lighting electronics field, and particularly in the LED sector is one of the technology leaders. Already today we provide the lighting market with pioneering solutions for tomorrow’s light,” said the 43 year-old executive.
