Newly Expanded Lutron GRAFIK T™ Family Brings the Quiet Elegance of Touch

GRAFIK T™ lighting control family – making it easy for specifiers to incorporate the quiet and modern elegance of Lutron touch technology into their building and home designs. GRAFIK T dimmers launched in 2014 to much excitement. Less than one year later, Lutron expands the GRAFIK T family to include a switch, as well as a QS Slider for its Quantum® Total Light Management™ system and HomeWorks® QS total home control system – bringing this exquisite lighting control innovation to even more design applications.

An instant modern design classic, GRAFIK T marries advanced Lutron touch-dimming technology with intuitive minimalist design. Its aesthetic is elegant and timeless, with a faceplate that appears to float off the wall. Available in 41 colors and finishes, including metal and glass, the GRAFIK T aesthetic is flexible enough to complement the design of any residential or commercial interior.

Now available in both dimmer and switch models for single-room wireless system installations, GRAFIK T is a digital-age solution for any project – from bedrooms, bathrooms and home theaters to executive offices, conference rooms and homes. The QS slider, available for shipment starting in May, brings this aesthetic to the Quantum Total Light Management system, as well as HomeWorks QS home control systems. GRAFIK T controls are compatible with all light sources, including electronic low voltage, halogen, LED and fluorescent. Delivering world-class performance, this ultra-flexible solution can also be programmed to control any remote-mounted dimmer in the system and integrate with third-party devices like A/V systems.

The effortless and intuitive touch operation of GRAFIK T reinvents the way consumers interact with lighting controls. There are no knobs, sliders or buttons. One simple touch of a finger on the LED light bar allows users to set the perfect lighting level every time. A touch of the toggle button turns the lights off or recalls the last preset level.

“The sleek, minimalist and quiet elegance of GRAFIK T has made quite an impression on people – so much so that specifiers and homeowners alike have been asking for us to make the GRAFIK T aesthetic available for more applications,” said David Weinstein, Vice-President of Residential Sales at Lutron Electronics. “We are pleased to deliver this beautiful, innovative control solution in our premier home and commercial systems.”

GRAFIK T comes in a range of options, from standalone dimmers to system-based devices that are compatible with RadioRA® 2, HomeWorks QS and Quantum systems for residential and commercial lighting control. Both the dimmer and switch models are available now, starting at $67 and $90 respectively. The slider will be available beginning in May.
